- Active Ministers and CRCWs (including retired ministers who meet the requirements of active ministry)

- Youth and Children Workers including volunteer leaders
- Youth and Children’s Workers (volunteer helpers)
- Adult Workers including volunteer leaders
- Adult Workers (volunteer helpers)
- Managers of Children, Youth and Adults Workers
- Pastoral Workers / Visitors
- Synod Clerks
- Section O Investigation
- Commission and Appeal Panel Members
- Worship Leaders and Assembly Accredited Lay Preachers
- URC Trustees and Synod Trustees
- Elders as local church trustees.

Please note that you will be required to enrol and attend the Foundation training before being enrolled on to the Intermediate training, unless you have completed safeguarding training covering both adults and children from another denomination or in a professional capacity. Please contact the Synod Safeguarding Officer to check this.

Online Youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA®) Course
Online Youth Mental Health First Aid training for people living, working and volunteering with young people aged 8-18.
Develop the skills and confidence to spot the signs of mental health issues in a young person, offer first aid and guide them towards the support they need.
Session 1 – Monday 11th March 6:30-9:30pm
Session 2 – Tuesday 12th March 6:30-9:30pm
Session 3 – Monday 18th March 6:30-9:30pm
Session 4 – Tuesday 19th March 6:30-9:30pm
