Through dialogue and shared experience, we’ll explore creative and faith-filled responses to youth violence, reflecting both on the UK context and learning from the Jamaican experience.
The evening will feature input from:
- Revd Kevin “Nana Moses” Calvert – theologian, filmmaker and preacher whose global work bridges faith, social justice, and the creative arts.
- Dr Joanna Simpson – educator of Community Social Workers at the University of the West Indies, producer and host of the Safer Tomorrow podcast, and a passionate advocate for violence reduction and societal transformation.
This promises to be a rich and challenging conversation, drawing together faith, creativity, and community action.
