URC Youth Assembly 2026: Wise Words, Wiser Actions

URC Youth Assembly 2026 is shaping up to be an unforgettable weekend for young people across the church — a space to be heard, to belong, and to explore what faith looks like in action today.

Taking place from Friday 27 February to Sunday 1 March 2026, Youth Assembly will be held at Kings Park Conference Centre. It’s a chance to gather with other young people from across the URC, make new friends, and be part of something bigger.

Wise Words. Wiser Actions.

This year’s theme invites us to think about how what we say connects with how we live. Together, we’ll explore big questions about faith, justice, and the world around us — and what it means to turn wise words into real, meaningful action.

Youth Assembly is a space where young people lead, speak up, and shape the conversation. Your voice matters here.

What to Expect

The weekend programme is packed with a mix of worship, creativity, conversation and fun:

Worship

Inspiring Bible studies, prayer zones, powerful music, and opportunities for outdoor worship and communion.

Youth Decides

What matters to you? Dive into real talk, explore issues that affect your life and community, and engage with the wider church in shaping the future.

Workshops

Hands-on, creative sessions designed to challenge your thinking, build skills, and help you go deeper into this year’s theme.

Entertainment

From campfires and karaoke to crafts and games — there’s always something happening, and plenty of chances to relax and laugh together.

Who Can Come?

Youth Assembly 2026 is open to young people in Year 10/S3 and above, up to age 25 (inclusive). Whether you’re coming with a group or on your own, you’ll be welcomed into a friendly, supportive community.
