Funding for Mission
Information on the various grants available for mission, discipleship, training, and development projects, and how to apply.
Applying for a Synod Grant
All grant applications with a discipleship or mission content are supported by the Synod Discipleship Steering Group (DSG) before going to the Synod Resources Committee for final approval. The DSG often finds that it has to go back to churches for missing or ambiguous information, which can cause delays.
To help make the process as smooth as possible, we strongly encourage churches to contact the DSG when they have formulated their project and are ready to fill in the application form. Where possible, the DSG will assign someone to support you in making your application as strong as it can be.
To seek support, please get in touch with the DSG Secretary. You can find their details on our Mission & Discipleship Contacts page.
